Our 7-step process is all about making your dream home a reality. We start by getting to know you — your style, your needs, and what truly matters to you. From there, we guide you through every step, ensuring that every detail is exactly what you’ve envisioned. We’re here to create a home that’s not just a building but a place where you’ll create memories. It’s your dream and we are honored to bring it to life.
01 // Consultation
Our experienced team looks forward to spending time discussing your vision for your custom home, and sharing further how our team is reliable, distinctive, and genuine throughout the construction of your beautiful home.
02 // design
Our team works closely with a trusted team of engineers, architects / draftsmen, and designers to identify the unique and authentic characteristics of both the form and function of your home.
03 // PERSONALIZATION
Our talented team of designers assists with the selection of colors, materials, finishes, fixtures, and other essential elements distinct to your home.
04 // PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Our project manger and superintendent finalize all necessary submittals and permitting, and schedule on site meetings to verify any pertinent details with you and / or any subcontractors prior to breaking ground.
05 // CONSTRUCTION
The Build begins! Our exceptional team of skilled subcontractors and vendors work together to exceed all expectations through quality craftsmanship and materials. Throughout the build, our team will provide updates and schedule a walk-thru whenever necessary. The door is always open!
06 // POST-CONSTRUCTION
Our team will schedule a home owner orientation to prepare any necessary punch-list and introduce you to your new custom home.
07 // WARRANTY
Your custom home is warrantied for one (1) full year. Still, our team promises to be available to answer any questions even once the warranty has expired.
