Cookston Cove

We’re excited to announce the development of a unique 56 acre community in the heart of the Sequatchie Valley. Cookston Cove will be a pocket neighborhood — designed to offer a simple, connected & sustainable way of living, where neighbors know each other by name and share meaningful interactions every day.

A pocket neighborhood is a small, intentional community of homes built around a shared outdoor space, designed to foster interaction and a strong sense of belonging. Think of it as a blend of private homes with a shared focus on connection, sustainability, and support. Homes will be arranged around central common areas like bocce ball, putting/chipping greens, a dog park and other communal spaces where everyone can gather, relax and build relationships.

Cookston Cove will be a neighborhood that promotes community, simplicity, and close-knit connections. We’re creating a place where neighbors truly become friends and and where each person can feel at home in a vibrant and caring environment within the beautiful natural surroundings of rural living.
