Established in 2005, Rowland Development Group is a family owned & operated company built on honesty and integrity and a devotion to exceeding expectations. Phil Rowland, a successful hospital CEO for nearly 20 years for companies such as HCA, decided to pursue a passion for real estate at the suggestion of his son, Dusty. While studying Civil Engineering, Dusty worked for a national contractor building small-box retail for clients such as Family Dollar, Dollar General, O’Reilly Auto Parts, AutoZone, etc. Fortunately, both father’s and son’s dreams allowed them the opportunity to prove their ability as a reliable, distinctive, and genuine team.

RDG is both a residential and commercial contractor licensed in both TN and AL.
